What is Jazz+?
Jazz+ is the most flexible way to watch the Jazz at home or on the go in Utah and surrounding areas.
Am I eligible to watch Jazz games on Jazz+?
Fans can subscribe to and watch Jazz+ anywhere in Utah, as well as in most parts of southeastern Idaho and western Wyoming. Click here to subscribe to Jazz+ and you'll be prompted to confirm your zip code eligibility prior to completing your purchase.
I already have an NBA ID for my Jazz+ account, will that work for this season?
Your NBA ID will no longer allow access to Jazz+. To access live games and other content during the 2024-25 season, you will need to update your login credentials to an SEG ID. Click here to create an SEG ID and update your login information.
What games are available for viewing via Jazz+?
75+ local games are available for live and on-demand viewing on Jazz+. The only Jazz games that are not available on Jazz+ (to watch live or replays) are exclusive nationally broadcast games. Most Salt Lake City Stars games will also be available to watch live on Jazz+.
I already have an annual Jazz+ subscription and am planning to renew, how do I get the promotional preseason tickets?
If you already have an annual Jazz+ subscription that is set to automatically renew, you can still be eligible to receive preseason tickets to a Utah Jazz game. To qualify, go to utahjazzplus.com and create your new SEG ID login credentials by 11:59 PM MT on September 30, 2024.
You will receive redemption information within five business days of subscribing via the email address associated with your new SEG ID.

Terms & Conditions
Ticket offer available for Jazz+ annual plans purchased by 11:59PM MT on September 30, 2024. Subscribers who qualify for tickets will receive an email with a redemption link and must follow that link to select their tickets. Ticket offer is subject to availability for tickets to select home games only during the 2024-25 preseason. Seat locations and game selections are subject to availability. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Tickets are not transferable to future seasons and may not be split across separate games.
